When you make a gift to the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota, you may make your gift "in honor of" or "in memory of" a family member, friend or colleague, and we will notify whomever you request of your gift.

A memorial gift may be given in honor of an individual who has passed away. Upon receipt of your gift, we will send a memorial note to the family of the deceased that does not specify the amount of your gift.

You also may designate the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota as the beneficiary of memorial gifts upon the death of a loved one. If you would like, we are able to provide memorial donation envelopes for you to distribute to friends and family upon request.

A tribute gift is an opportunity to acknowledge a special occasion for a friend, family member or colleague. We will mark the occasion by sending a note to the person you designate that announces the gift but not the amount.

You may make memorial and tribute gifts online, over the phone, or by mailing your donation to the address below.
